Before the incident

Tile Press employee was working on the Tile Press reloading tile to repress.

What happened

While on the loading end of the press employee reached into where the elevator is that lifts the press plates into the loading rack. While reaching in the press plate triggered the sensor to raise the elevator. The elevator rose up pinching EE 's arm and shoulder in the elevator. The elevator went all the way up dislocating his right shoulder and pinching his right bicep causing an avulsion to the bicep.
