What happened

Upon setting up a patients table to serve their meal I attempted to pull out the sliding portion of table to make meal tray reachable. Sliding tray was stuck pretty good. When it popped out I felt a knife like stabbing pain go right through center of left chest. Entire area is very sore to touch move in any direction lift lean forward so forth. Hurts to inhale or exhale. got more painful as time went on.
