Immediately after I wash my face and eyes using the eye wash station and informed my supervisor [REDACTED]. She reported the incident to the nursing Supervisor [REDACTED]. My blood sample was collected and I was removed from the bench upon instructed to return back to work and follow up with Employee Health next [REDACTED]
