Before the incident
XLA [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was attempting to raise a safestack beam inside a trailer. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was using both hands when handling the beam. There was resistance in the bars tracks as [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was lifting. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was able to wiggle the bar and move it all the way to the ceiling of the trailer. As [REDACTED] [REDACTED] did so he felt a pop in his right shoulder. Afterwards [REDACTED] [REDACTED] felt soreness weakness and a reduced range of motion in his right arm. Event was not reported until [REDACTED].

EE was at his department pushing a lowered deck on one of the trucks up by hand after the inventory was loaded. There was resistance to the deck as he was pushing and he heard a pop in his right shoulder sustaining a strain.
