[REDACTED] told FOS around [REDACTED] that he was having pain in his neck and shoulder when putting dunnage around [REDACTED] into [REDACTED] so we went into the office and he stated that this happened around [REDACTED] and the cause of this was when he was grabbing half sheets of dunnage to put around [REDACTED] he started feeling pain and a knot in his right shoulder that felt like spasms and was also having pain in his lower right neck that was hurting when he tried to turn his head but when on the dock stated
