Before the incident

The employee pulled their van into the short driveway where they were delivering due to a lot of traffic on the crossroad She got two packages and exited out of the driver door She was about three feet away from a small step up to the customers porch and she claimed her ankle gave out and she rolled it She fell to the ground in pain and needed a few minutes to collect before she called myself ([REDACTED]) saying she may have broken or sprained her ankle She said it started swelling right off the bat and I arranged to have her picked up and taken safely back to the station She was given first aide and driven home by a family member and arranged to be looked at the [REDACTED] morning
