EMPLOYEE WAS DISASSEMBLING LINE 1 DEPOSITOR. EMPLOYEE HAD THEIR HAND ON THE CART WHERE THE INTERMITTENT [REDACTED] IS PLACED TO BE WASHED. EMPLOYEE WAS WATCHING THE CART TO LINE UP THE HOPPER. THEY DID NOT REALIZE THE SHAFT FOR THE AUGER WAS STUCK ON THE CART. WHEN THEY MOVED THE CART A LITTLE BIT TO CENTER THE HOPPER THE [REDACTED] DROPPED DOWN AND LANDED ON THEIR HAND.
