Team member stated on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] he had a wheelchair assignment. He grabs it to put it on the pallet and after he grab it his chest started hurting. The wheelchair box was on top by itself on top of the rest of the wheelchair. The way he grabs it was that he laid it flat and row it over how he usually grabs it and once was on the floor he lifts the corner place on top of the pallet and once he got back on the walkie was when his he said his chest started hurting.
