What happened
TM alleged that when they were picking up a box off the floor at [REDACTED] 21 at approx. [REDACTED] they felt a pain in their lower back. Had the tm sit in the MedTrans office for 20 - 25 minutes before asking him if he could continue with the night. TM said he couldn 't so I gave him a package to take home to self-care.
