TM was loading product on a cart from a pallet on from the parked OP.

What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Reported she was stacking boxes off pallet connected to her order picker when [REDACTED] ran into her order picker with his reach truck causing the pallet to fall onto her foot. [REDACTED] screamed in pain and asked for help. [REDACTED] got off reach truck and proceeded to help [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] got on Katies order picker to raise the lift to release Katies foot from under the pallet. Once Katies foot was released she was still in pain but no longer screaming for help. [REDACTED] reported he was checking his location as he was operating the equipment and did not notice Katies truck.
