Before the incident

at end of cataract case i lifted the head of the bed helping the patient to upright position and i used poor body mechanics to do so and irritated my mid back- by the next day (today) pain has worsen along with tighten in chest and weakness in mid back and left arm. Charge nurse and staff suggest i step next door to the er and get it checked out.
