I was coming up from distribution carrying a box of gloves. When I came out of the stairway door and turned to go towards the cath lab I tripped over a very heavy crate that was on the ground very close to the doorway. I fell hitting both shins and landing on my left side. REPORTED TO CHAGE [REDACTED] NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE
