Assisting a coworker with a two-person lift to reposition patient

What happened

Employee reports was assisting with a repositioning a patient in bed had to go on toes due to bed height. During this movement I felt a sudden pop in the back of my left ankle. The pain progressively got worse and it was uncomfortable to walk. Was later evaluated in ED.
