TM stated that on [REDACTED] he was working on throwing cases on the slapper lane between the hours of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] where he was transferring cases that contain 3 gal 4 gal waters and felt a strain on his lower back. TM was working on the slapper lane today where they reaggravated their sprain between the hours of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. TM stated that they did not use proper ergonomics when transferring the cases onto the slapper lane. TM was taken to the care room declined any first aid treatment.
