Preparing to make needed changes to TSL #1.

What happened

Right middle finger laceration. Employee Employee was changing out the metal shaft that holds the empty cardboard core on TSL 1 upon moving out the metal shaft ee first moved one side over to where the shaft sits at end of TSL roll loading frame ee then walked around to the other side to move the other end to where the shaft sits permanently however when moving the other end the opposing end shifted from its original position placing all the weight on the existing end where the ee was holding on too. this movement along with weight caught pinched smashed his right middle finger in between the shaft and frame causing his finger to receive a laceration.
