The employee was attempting to align a misaligned pipe within thread line 2 so the kickers would kick the pipe to his work station.

What happened

A threading operator climbed through a fence into an energized line to adjust a misaligned pipe. While he was adjusting the pipe the thread inspector on the opposite side of the line kicked a pipe which then struck the employee causing his head to hit the pipe he was trying to align.
