What happened

Therapist attempted to process behavior with patient along with psychiatrist. Patient began throwing her belonging around the room. Therapist grabbed patient 's plushie she had thrown at the wall and patient began trying to take it back from therapist. Therapist has a sling on from a previous injury and patient intentionally grabbed at therapist 's injured arm to have therapist drop the plushie.
