before injury occurred me and the nurse was prepping to pull resident up into the bed

What happened

EE and another nurse were pulling the resident up in the bed and when they did the hospital bed 's front left wheel ran on top of [REDACTED] 's right foot. The wheel was stuck on top of her foot. [REDACTED] was able to push the bed off of her foot.
