Before the incident

EE was attempting to adjust the knock out pins on press 17.

What happened

When leaning into the press area on the Robot side he felt a very hot burning sensation then pain. The hot water return hose ruptured right where he was leaning into the press. The employee was reaching over a machine and a water line burst. Hot water came out of it and hot water got on both legs groin area and mid section and left arm
