Before the incident

Safety Manager was contacted by [REDACTED] inquiering about a Material SDS for resins that he would be exposed to as he was in consult with his dermatologist as he developed contact dermatitis around his eyes. At the time of this correspondence the physicians were saying that he was extremely allergic to adhesives however he doesn 't really use adhesives at work. But more testing is being done.

[REDACTED] came back with a doctor saying that he was allergic to adhesives and the formaldehyde resins that we use in some of our products.
