What happened

TM Was walking down a flight of stairs on 10 boiler while carrying a knee pad tool pouch and angle grinder. TM had angle grinder cradled with back of elbow while walking the safety switch tripped while in contact with the kneepad and activate the wheel. The wheel of the grinder activated making contact with the TM 's lower bicep casing a cut abrasion.
