What happened

While TM was assisting crew to put on a press felt on [REDACTED] TM was holding the back side of the felt steady while the felt was getting pulled around the rolls. TM noticed the stand was tipping and told the crew to stop pulling. When TM tried to adjust the stand the pipe sitting on the stand fell off and smashed the tip of his right ring finger between the pipe and machine frame.
