Before the incident

Welding seams of vinyl fabric together to make a curtain door for a high speed roll up door.

What happened

The IW was a temp contractor. As the IW adjusted the curtain fabric she moved the heat welder to the side and her forearm brushed against the heat welder causing skin irritation. Administered burn ointment she declined further medical treatment. She reported the incident 3.5 hours after it occurred.
