Associate went to the top of the press to learn the new rescue procedure the mill developed for rescuing an associate stuck in the press lower While the associate was descending down the stairs they slipped on what appears to be oil residue on the stairs and the handrail This caused the associate to slip down as s slide to the bottom of the stairs
