What happened

Supervisor was assisting in the removal of crossed up blocks inside the Lathe The supervisor was utilizing a cant hook to attempt in turning the block to get the block positioned correctly to be extracted by the core chain While rolling the block the supervisor stepped backwards into a hole next south centering v designed for bark to fall through This led to the supervisors shin scraping the frame of the centering v and causing two abrasions on the shinThe injured area of the shin late
