Before the incident

Scraping glue off of door frame

What happened

Employee took door frame off because it was originally installed incorrectly. Once he had door frame off he was using a chisel to remove glue from the door frame. He was holding the frame steady with his left hand in front of the direction the chisel was moving. The chisel slipped and employee ended up cutting his left hand with chisel.
