Before the incident

Employee pushed the cart while passing by on a forklift with another empty cart causing it to move sideways.

While employee was operating a forklift employee reached out with left hand to grab a handle of a mobile pallet cart. Employee then pulled the cart towards the forklift creating a pinch point between the side of the forklift and his middle finger.
