Before the incident

Placing a stocklength of aluminum on the rollers of a saw so it could be fed to the saw and cut to the proper length.

What happened

As the employee placed the aluminum stocklength on the rollers he let go of the material before it was completely secure on the rollers. It fell off the rollers and hit the employees left foot.
