Before the incident

Employee was opening valves with coworker to the gas comes out of the cylinders in the back of the semi trailer.

Coworker opened the valve too fair causing the cylinder to start moving around the trailer.

While trying to exit the trailer employee tried to jump over the spinning cylinder but he fell injuring his right ankle and skinned up both of his knees.
