Operator was pouring mold with 3 operators around mold.

What happened

Operator was pouring mold as he was pouring metal splashed up hit the operator in the cheek and in the eye. Mold being poured was a 3 man pour job. Supervisor will inform operators to pay closer attention when pouring. Metal not hitting the pouring cup right away
