employee moving pallet jack in between swager and cut saw. moved his left hand off pallet jack handle & placed it on bolt on the frame of the swager. as he did this he lost control of the pallet jack and struck his left hand between pallet jack handle & bolt he was resting hand against causing puncture cut thru cut puncture resistant gloves being worn.
