What happened

employee assembling socket boxes for reels with battery powered nail gun. He did not think nail gun could fit in between reel flanges so he was assembling boxes outside of reel by holding perpendicular 2x4 pieces by hand 7 nailing them together. As he was holding the pieces together by hand a nail went thru wouod and punctured his left index finger.
