EE had pulled along side of [REDACTED] to go in and get his paperwork for delivery. He exited his truck and walked toward the building entry and as he passed the sign at the corner of [REDACTED] he stepped on ice slipped and fell. He fell on his left side with brunt of the impact on his left arm resulting in a contusion at the ball of the upper arm - elbow area
