Employee was installing air filter housing upper bolts on tractor in shop bay

What happened

Employee was installing air filter housing upper bolts on tractor in shop bay. To accomplish the installation of two bolts employee placed left foot on the right steer tire and right foot on the right front bumper support. Employee’s foot slipped causing a fall. Fall resulted in a laceration to the right eyebrow from the corner of the safety glasses and contusion to knee and shoulder.
