employee was working at a press that he was installing small bumpers onto plastic parts.

What happened

Another employee asked him to get some boxes of pins from the warehouse he said he couldn 't find the material handler because of them being on the 2nd shelf (which is higher) so he reached up and grabbed a total of 3 boxes and then carried them to the production floor
