What happened

Experienced a snap and wrap at the winder Was in the process of slabbing off the paper on the roll down to the snap and wrap with a broke knife As the employee was slabbing down the paper the roll started to move The injured employee went to grab the roll to stop it from moving At the same time the employee that was slabbing the paper also reached up to stop the roll from moving with the knife in hand and blade still extended When he did this the knife blade came into contact with the injured employees left middle finger cutting the tip just below the nail
