What happened

Agent was walking down the stairs of the common use gate of [REDACTED] when he caught is toe on the last step. This caused him to step awkwardly on his right foot causing pain to his right knee. Per our investigation we discovered that the last step is damaged. This is not a Delta leased gate and we seldom use it. It is owned by the airport. The airport was notified that one of our employee 's was injured due to the last step being damaged.
