Before the incident

Employee was picking up a skid shoe casting to install on a 4125.

What happened

As the employee positioned the casting into place for assembly they felt the top of their head gently brush against the mower deck. They instinctively recoiled their head downward and away smacking their face onto the casting they were holding. Their lower lip received a minor split bu tmore severe was the fact their front tooth was partially broken off. Fracture - teeth
