Temporary [REDACTED] was walking around the back side of [REDACTED] #1 heading back to inspect on the line.

What happened

Temporary Associate was walking around the back side of [REDACTED] #1 heading back to inspect on the line when he slipped on the drain cover and fell on left shoulder. The condition of the area was slightly slippery due it being right there with the bottom oiler. We were not cleaning at the moment. Nobody witnessed the incident when it occurred. The Temporary Associate was going from the operator side of the oven to the non-operator side heading back to inspection. First aid was provided at that time.
