Applying new registration tags to vehicles.

What happened

While applying new registration tags to vehicles at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] caused the paperwork to fall out of employee’s hand. As the employee was picking it up they bent down into a piece of straw grass. The grass made contact with employee’s eye causing pain and discomfort. Employee was not wearing safety glasses at time of incident. Employee rinsed effected eye utilizing a sink.
