An assembler was working in the offline area and walked to the [REDACTED] in the parts bagging area to get a cardboard box to use. As she was walking (in between) the pallets and congestion she tripped on a green strap on the floor as she fell the box she was carrying in her left hand lodged under her arm and shoulder causing her to hyperextend over stretch her left arm and shoulder resulting in a strain to her shoulder arm and chest.
