Per EE report Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was reconstituted in the non-hazardous hood with sterile water and when the needle was drawn out of the vial I believe it squirted close to my eyes due to the positive pressure in the vial. I immediately went to the eye wash station and rinsed out my eyes for 10 minutes. I was instructed to go to employee health and then to the emergency room around [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] performed a Morgans lense rinse for about 10 minutes and monitored for an hour afterwards.
