EE was working at [REDACTED]4 packing glass.

EEwas packing glass at her station. As she reached out to grab a stack of glass the machine pushed the stack up at a very quick rate. This caused the stack of glass to snap up and jam her 3 fingers on her right hand. ( Pointer Middle Ring fingers)

She showed me her right hand and I couldn 't see any swelling cuts or redness. She was able to use her hand and bend her fingers so nothing seemed broken. She said that she was sore starting with her 3 fingers with the pain going up her arm and into her arm pit. After doctor visit: Pain in right hand and tenderness to fingers

Glass being popped up from the tray

Pain in right hand and tenderness to fingers
