What happened

Employee [REDACTED] and another employee [REDACTED] were attempting to land and lay over a column form. It was placed on an aluma beam to assist in laying the form over onto the slab. Once it was almost 3 ft from laying on the slab the column form began to shift so [REDACTED] placed his hands onto the column to keep it steady and the rigging cable caught his right middle finger against the C Channel of the column form.
