What happened

Employee getting ready to load his first truck on the day and when he went to locks the trailer in door six he slipped on the cardboard and wood shavings on the floor When he tripped he fell into two pallets of fiber on the north side of door six. When [REDACTED] slipped he fell into the two pallets of fiber striking his right side below the hip bone. [REDACTED] stated at the time of the incident his pain level was at one or two but it steadily got worse throughout the day.
