What happened

Athlete [REDACTED] was working on [REDACTED] 7 and while in the middle of the process a stack of blue totes tipped onto her lower back. Athlete 2 was loading stacks of [REDACTED]5 totes onto a pallet located behind athlete [REDACTED]. As they were putting on the stack the stack opposite fell towards athlete [REDACTED]. Athlete 2 attempted to catch the stack and was able to lessen the impact to athlete [REDACTED]. The impact caused Athlete [REDACTED] 's knees and ankles to buckle. Athlete [REDACTED] reported and returned to work.
