Before the incident

Per EE report After wrapping a loaner tray I went to place the Nuvasive tray down gently my left hand was placed under the tray I heard a snap and felt a little pain. I finished the work and then when my lead was leaving I let her know that I heard a snap on my wrist and wanted to go to the ER. The wait was about three hours and I was tired so I went home thinking it was nothing but at night as I slept I still felt pain and called my supervisor he asked me to go to the ER and I did. They took an x-ray and said I had a sprained wrist and put me in a splint. I was told to take it easy at work and not to lift anything over 10 lbs.
