Per EE report While escorting a verbally aggressive patient out of the ED the patient turned and charged at the other security officers. I lowered my right arm to keep the patient from charging. A physical altercation and struggle ensued. The patient backed up while I was trying to restrain him from charging the officers. While backing up the patient backed me into the corner of a pillar striking my back 3 to 4 times.
