started turning carts advancing forward I slipped fell chest forward to the side and all my weight was on my left ankle It twisted and I fell down flat on the pavement pull out a row of big carts

Employee States I went to pull out a row of big carts I started turning them out from the front then went to the back to move it forward As I started advancing forward I slipped I fell chest forward to the side and all my weight was on my left ankle It twisted and I fell down flat on the pavement After I got up right away so the carts wouldn t hit a car but after the fact I noticed the pain in my ankle
