The employee was clamping a box beam for fabrication to be welded on a rack for masking. He was using C-Clamps to hold the beam in place to be welded.

As he was adjusting the beam it slipped off the supporting members of the rack and fell hitting his hand causing a laceration to the 5th finger R hand (pinky finger).
